The focaccia is mixed and baked in our kitchen, and almost everything that goes between it is made here too. It means the sandwich you pick up at the counter tastes like this place, and nowhere else.

The Someday story

A dream that finally
found its somewhere.

Kimberley Eagle started working in hospitality at 14 and never really left it. Kitchens and coffee machines took her to London and then Australia, where she learned the trade properly and kept turning over the idea of a café of her own.

She brought that idea home to New Zealand and, after years of imagining it, opened the doors on Bridge Street. Someday Somewhere is the café she had been describing to people for a long time — now with an address, a cabinet and a walking sandwich on the window.

A quiet little place

Push the old wooden door with the wordmark painted on the glass and you’re in: a small room, warm floors, the cabinet on your left and coffee going. There is a sunny spot out the back too, if you would rather sit in the quiet.
